Review posts (Judge.me)
Turn customer reviews into branded social cards.
- Connect: Settings → Integrations → paste your Judge.me Private API token (Judge.me → Settings → Integrations → API). Hidden or spam-marked reviews are never used.
- Card designs: 10 layouts (Classic quote, Floating card, Accent split, Minimal frame, Bold statement, Photo overlay, Polaroid, Speech bubble, Gradient glass, Rating badge), themed from your Brand kit (colors + logo; the shop name is used when no logo is set). Cards render in square (feeds) and 9:16 (Stories) automatically.
- Composer: on a product post choose media → Review card, pick one of the product's reviews (stars, text, verified badge shown), pick a design from the same visual gallery, Generate card, the preview attaches as the post image. Review shortcodes work in the caption:
{review_text},{review_author},{review_stars},{review_rating},{review_title}. - Planners: set Post type → Reviews (Judge.me), the planner cycles through your reviews (minimum rating, verified-only, photos-only filters; random/newest/oldest order; no repeats until exhausted) and posts a fresh card each slot. The card design is picked in the Content step: each channel's Media section shows "Review card" with a visual design gallery, every layout is rendered as a sample card with your own brand kit, so you pick by look (synced across channels), and the keyword menu gains a Review group ({review_text}, {review_author}, {review_stars}…) for the caption template. Story channels get the story variant; video-only YouTube is skipped. This is also how you automate review posting, a "New to old" repeating planner keeps sharing your latest reviews as they come in. (Auto-share on product events applies to products only, not reviews.)
