AI UGC videos and images

AI UGC puts your product on a person: a short creator-style clip, the format that actually performs on TikTok and Reels, or the same scene as a still image. Unlike the template videos, these are generated by an AI model, so they cost AI credits.

Video or image. The same 24 scenes make both. A video is five seconds of motion; an image is the same shot as a still, and costs a third as much because the motion is where the money goes. The still also publishes anywhere, including Pinterest and Google Business, which refuse generated video outright.

How it works. We build each template once, so the model, the setting and the movement are ours, already shot and reviewed. When you generate, your product is placed on that model and the shot is brought to life. Two stores using the same template get the same recognisable creator, and your product is the only thing that changes.

Twenty-four templates in eight categories

A mug and a t-shirt need completely different treatment, so the catalogue is grouped by what you sell.

The product photo matters more than anything else

Clothing templates want a flat-lay or ghost-mannequin shot of the garment on a plain background. A photo of someone already wearing it gives you two outfits at once. Everything else wants the product straight on, label facing the camera, on a plain background. Each template says what it needs, right under its name.

Generating one

In the composer it runs in two steps on purpose:

  1. Create the still: your product is placed on the model. Look at it. This is the step that decides whether the product still looks like your product.
  2. Animate this still: only once you are happy. Starting over costs nothing extra, because the credits are charged once, when you begin.

In planners and auto-share there is nobody to approve anything, so both steps run back to back when the post publishes. Generation takes a minute or two, and the post waits for it rather than failing. The same product with the same template is only ever generated once, so a repeating planner does not spend again on a product it has already covered.

Cost

50 AI credits per video and 15 per image, from the same balance as AI captions: Free 50, Starter 250, Growth 700 and Pro 1,500 credits a month, where a caption costs 1. If a generation fails, the credits come straight back. Every credit spent is listed in Settings → AI → Logs.

Run out before the month does and you can top up in Settings → Plan & usage: 400 credits for $9.99, 1,100 for $24.99 or 2,500 for $49.99, charged once through your Shopify invoice. Bought credits are spent before the monthly allowance and never expire.

Disclosure

Posts carrying an AI-generated clip get a short "Created with AI" line added to the caption. TikTok and Meta both require realistic AI content to be labelled. You can change the wording or switch it off in Settings → AI.
