These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant installing the app) and FS Code, the operator of Yoomru. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
What Yoomru is
Yoomru publishes content from your Shopify store to social media accounts you connect: automatic posts when products go live, recurring planner campaigns, manually composed posts, AI-generated captions, auto-generated product videos and review cards. The service depends on the official APIs of Shopify and each social network.
Your accounts and your content
- You confirm that the social accounts, pages, channels and bots you connect are yours or that you are authorized to publish to them.
- Everything the app posts is your content, composed from your store data and your templates. You are responsible for it, including compliance with each network's own terms and with applicable law.
- Do not use the app to publish content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or qualifies as spam under a network's rules. We may suspend service for accounts doing so.
Plans, trials and billing
- Paid plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never handle card details.
- Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Shopify prorates charges.
- Plan limits (channels, posts, planners, AI generations, videos) are enforced by usage counters that reset monthly, or daily for AI. Deleting history does not reset counters; attempting to bypass limits may lead to suspension.
- Refunds follow Shopify's billing rules and applicable law.
Third-party platforms
- Social networks change their APIs, rules and rate limits, sometimes without warning. A network may reject a post, remove published content, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable. That is outside our control.
- AI-generated captions are produced by a language model and can be imperfect. Review them where accuracy matters; you remain responsible for what is published.
- Generated videos and review cards are rendered from your own product images, brand assets and (for reviews) your Judge.me data.
Service and liability
- We work to keep the service reliable, with automatic retries for temporary failures and in-app alerts when something needs your attention. Still, the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee that every post publishes.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from missed, failed or delayed posts. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
Data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Termination
- You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms, abuse of the platform, or where a network or Shopify requires it, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app; continued use after a change means acceptance.
