AI credits pay for anything an AI model makes: 1 credit per caption, 50 for an AI UGC video that puts your product on a model. Product videos and collages are built by us, not by AI, so they have their own separate monthly counts.
Every new install also gets a one-time welcome grant of 100 AI credits and 3 product videos, spent before your monthly quota. Counters reset monthly and everything is billed through your Shopify invoice.
A channel is a destination, not a network
This is the number worth getting right before you pick a plan. Connecting one network can add several channels, because every place a post can land is counted separately.
Five networks, six channels, one plan up from where you would have guessed. Each extra Pinterest board, Google location, Facebook Page or LinkedIn company page adds one more; networks with a single destination, like X or TikTok, are one each.

Plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the app.
Pick any paid plan and the first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan starts billing through Shopify.
Posting pauses until the counter resets at the start of your next billing month, or you upgrade. Nothing is lost; planners resume automatically. AI credits are the exception: you can top them up any time from Settings without changing plan, from $9.99 for 400 credits.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Shopify prorates the charges.
One published post to one channel. Sharing one product to five channels at once counts as five posts.
No. Every counter (posts, AI credits, videos and collages) resets at the start of each billing month. Credits you buy as a top-up are the exception: they sit outside the monthly allowance, are spent first, and never expire.
