Everything Yoomru does

Built for one job: keeping your store present on social media without you thinking about it.

Connect once

Eleven networks, one setup

Connect the accounts you already post to. Every Page, board and location arrives as its own channel, and the tokens that expire are refreshed for you.

Channels

Every account is its own channel

Connecting a network does not add one channel, it adds every destination inside it. That is what makes targeting possible later: dresses go to the dresses board, the flagship location posts more often than the others, and the Story channel runs a different template from the feed.
  • A Facebook Page, a Pinterest board and a Google location are three separate channels
  • Instagram adds two: the feed account and a Story channel of its own
  • Auto-share, the post template and the schedule are all set per channel

Staying connected

You hear about it first

Access gets revoked, passwords change, allowances run out. Yoomru sends one alert per channel rather than one per failed post, and each one links straight to the thing that needs fixing.
  • Tokens that expire are refreshed in the background before they run out
  • A rejected channel is disabled and flagged, not left failing quietly
  • Reconnecting keeps the settings, labels and everything already scheduled
Notifications Mark all as read

Automation

It posts by itself

A product going live in Shopify is the trigger. Planners keep the back catalog moving on a schedule, on your store's clock.

Auto-share

Publishing a product is the trigger

There is no separate step. A product becoming visible in your store is what starts the posts, and a product is never auto-shared twice, however many times you unpublish, edit or republish it afterwards.
  • Hold every launch for a review window before the first post goes out
  • Stagger channels so one product does not hit every network in the same second
  • A per-channel collection filter decides which products each channel receives

Planners

The back catalog keeps working

Auto-share only knows about what is new. A planner is the other half: it picks matching products and posts them on a schedule, skipping anything out of stock, until you stop it or the catalog runs out.
  • Filter by collection, tag, product type, vendor or creation date, with a live match count
  • Random order never repeats a product until the whole catalog has been through
  • Interval or weekly, and a planner pauses itself if its channels disappear

Timing

On your clock, at the right minute

Give a product a publish date in Shopify and its posts are built straight away and left waiting for it. Move the date and they move with it. Edit the product before it goes live and they are rebuilt with the new content.
  • Products with a future availability date post the moment they go live, not before
  • Every time in the app is your store's clock, not a server's somewhere else
  • Sleep hours push a slot to the end of the window instead of skipping it

The words

Written for you

One post, tuned per network. Templates fill themselves from the product at publish time, and AI writes the caption when you would rather not.

The composer

One post, tuned per network

Every channel you picked sits in one editor, each with the fields its network actually supports. Instagram has no link field because a caption cannot carry one. Threads disables the link when media is attached. The rules are visible rather than remembered.
  • Write once and let the other channels sync from it, or break any of them off
  • Media modes, links, first comments and titles appear only where the network has them
  • Invalid combinations are caught while you write, not after the post fails

Write it once, it fills itself in

A template is not a draft you copy. It is a sentence with holes in it, and the holes are filled from the product at the moment the post goes out. Change a price after scheduling and the post that publishes still carries the right one.
  • Prices, stock and tags resolve when the post publishes, not when you wrote it
  • Around thirty tokens, including metafields and per-network values
  • Set a template once per network, override it on a single channel when needed
  • The posted link is the product URL, or a custom one carrying UTM tags, shortened if you want

AI captions

Captions written per product

Generate once in the composer, or let a planner generate a fresh caption for every product as its turn comes. Every generation is logged with its prompt, its result and what it cost against your allowance, so nothing about it is a black box.
  • The prompt is yours to edit and shown in full, never hidden behind a button
  • Reusable templates whose prompts take shortcodes, filled per product
  • A failed generation falls back to the template text rather than skipping the post

Review cards

Reviews become something postable

Connect Judge.me and your reviews turn into branded card images. Attach one to a post by hand, or set a planner to post type Reviews and let it keep sharing new ones as they arrive, never repeating until it has been through them all.
  • Ten card designs, each rendered as a sample with your own colours so you pick by look
  • Filter by minimum rating, verified buyers or reviews with photos
  • Square for feeds and 9:16 for Stories, chosen automatically per channel
