Full disclosure upfront: Yoomru is our app. We built it, so you should weigh this review knowing that. We are writing it anyway because every app in our Shopify social media auto-post roundup has its own review page, and Yoomru should be held to the same standard.

See how this app compares to all other Shopify social auto-post apps in our complete guide to the best Shopify social media auto-post apps in 2026.

What you will find here: what Yoomru actually does, where it leads the category, where it falls short compared to the apps we benchmarked, and the honest reasons you might choose a competitor instead. We tested Yoomru on the same demo Shopify store (demo-wrzi3g7k) where we ran all 9 competing apps, so the feature comparisons are direct.

What Is Yoomru?

Yoomru is a Shopify social media auto-posting app built by FS Code, the team behind FS Poster, a WordPress social auto-posting plugin that has been running since 2015. Yoomru launched on the Shopify App Store in August 2026.

The core function is the same as other apps in the category: sync your Shopify product catalog, generate content (images, videos, AI captions), and publish to social media automatically on a schedule you set. Where Yoomru differs from the nine apps we benchmarked is in network breadth, the free plan structure, video generation approach, and a set of Shopify-specific automation features (stock-aware planners, review cards, per-channel validation, auto-share on product create) that we could not find in this combination anywhere else in the category.

Yoomru is embedded entirely inside Shopify admin. There is no external domain, no API key to configure, and no separate account to create. Billing is handled through Shopify Managed Pricing.

Yoomru Review Quick Verdict

Yoomru is the widest-network option in the Shopify social auto-post category and has a real free plan that publishes actual posts. The honest caveat: it launched in August 2026, has no App Store reviews yet, and is missing an analytics dashboard.

Yoomru Features and Functionality

Yoomru's feature set is purpose-built for Shopify merchants who need structured, reliable auto-posting across multiple networks. Here is what is available today.

Auto-Posting Planners with Skip-Out-of-Stock

The planner is where Yoomru's Shopify-native focus is most obvious. Two planner types are available from the Starter plan ($9.99/mo):

  • Interval planner: posts to selected channels at fixed intervals (every N hours or days) from your product catalog.
  • Weekly planner: posts on specific days of the week at set times, rotating through your product queue.

Both planners support skip-out-of-stock: products marked as out-of-stock in Shopify are held back automatically until they are available again. This is not available in most competing apps. Outfy posts from its own mirrored catalog, which can include inactive or sold-out products; most other apps do not expose this control at all.

Auto-Share on Product Create

When you publish a new product to your Shopify store, Yoomru can automatically create and queue a social post for that product, with a configurable review window before it fires. No manual trigger needed. Of the nine apps we tested, only VibeFlow has a comparable feature (auto-trigger when a product is published within N hours of creation).

Per-Channel Validation

Before a scheduled post fires, Yoomru validates per-channel requirements: character limits, image dimensions, video specifications, and connection status. If a channel fails validation, the post for that specific channel is held or flagged rather than failing silently. This addresses a documented failure mode across several competing apps, where posts appear to schedule but never appear on the target channel.

Review Window Before Auto-Share

Planners include a configurable review window: a time period before an auto-share fires during which you can review, edit, or cancel the queued post. If the window passes without changes, the post fires as scheduled. This gives you lightweight editorial oversight without requiring a full approval workflow.

Post Composer and Calendar

The composer runs inside Shopify admin. You select a product from your synced catalog, pick target channels, choose or customize a template, generate or write a caption, and schedule or publish immediately.

The calendar view shows scheduled and published posts across all connected channels, with tabs for upcoming and posted content.

AI Caption Generation

AI captions are available on all plans including free (20 generations/mo). The caption tool is prompt-based: you provide context (tone, target audience, highlights), and the AI generates a caption. Output was usable in testing, though it required more refinement than some competing apps. One current limitation: the composer's AI caption tool uses a general prompt interface rather than automatically pulling structured product fields (title, price, URL) into the generation context. You get a good starting point, but product-specific details sometimes need to be added manually.

Branded Product Video (Deterministic, Credit-Free)

From the Starter plan ($9.99/mo), Yoomru generates branded product videos using dynamic templates filled with your actual catalog data: product image, title, price, and brand overlay. Video generation does not consume credits. You can generate branded videos without a per-video cost or a monthly credit pool that runs out mid-campaign.

The key distinction from competing apps: the output is deterministic. Template-based rendering from real catalog data means the product image and text are always accurate. This is a meaningful contrast to Predis.ai (which synced 0 products from our demo store and generated content about a "password-protected storefront"), Minta (whose video never rendered during our test session), and Outfy and Xyla AI (which consume credits even when AI output is wrong or off-brand).

Judge.me Review Cards

Yoomru integrates with Judge.me, the most widely used Shopify reviews app. From the Starter plan, you can automatically create branded social posts from your Judge.me product reviews, including the star rating, reviewer name, and review text. This turns your existing review library into a steady stream of social proof content without manual effort.

This feature is not available in most competing apps. Outfy has a partial integration on the Ultimate tier; the other eight apps we tested do not offer it.

Media Library and Product Sync

On install, Yoomru automatically syncs your Shopify product catalog to a media library inside the app. In testing, product images and metadata were available in the composer immediately after install, with no manual import step required.

Networks Supported

Yoomru supports 11 social networks, the widest confirmed set in the Shopify social auto-post category.

Network Supported Notes
Facebook Yes
Instagram Yes
TikTok Yes
Pinterest Yes
X/Twitter Yes
YouTube Yes
LinkedIn Yes
Threads Yes
Google Business Profile Yes
Telegram Yes Not available in any other app tested
Discord Yes Not available in any other app tested

Telegram and Discord are covered only by Yoomru among the ten apps in our Shopify social media auto-post roundup. The next broadest competitor is Predis.ai at 8 networks (no Telegram, Discord, or Threads). Most other apps cover 4 to 6 networks.

Yoomru Ease of Use

Yoomru is moderately complex for the category. The interface is clean and structured, but the feature depth means there is more to configure than a simpler app.

Onboarding

Installation follows Shopify's standard OAuth flow and lands you inside the app in Shopify admin. A setup checklist guides you through connecting channels, configuring planners, and reviewing settings. It is functional but there is no instant first-run content moment: you connect channels and configure planners manually before posts begin flowing.

This is a genuine gap. Xyla AI auto-generates a full week of posts in the background during its 6-step onboarding wizard. Outfy auto-generates four sample product videos before you connect a single channel. If "show me what this looks like immediately" is important to you, Yoomru does not deliver that today.

Dashboard and Navigation

The main dashboard is inside Shopify admin and shows connected channels, recent post activity, and quick-access shortcuts. Navigation between the composer, calendar, planners, and settings uses a left sidebar. The structure is logical once you have spent a few minutes with it.

Setup Friction

No external account, no API key, and no separate domain to log into. Channel connection follows the standard OAuth flow for each network. In testing on the demo store, channel connections for Instagram and Pinterest completed without issues. The app is fully self-contained within Shopify.

Learning Curve

Planner configuration (interval vs. weekly, filter settings, review window timing) takes some exploration. Controls are labeled clearly, and the feature set rewards the investment: merchants who configure planners, filters, and templates get a genuinely automated workflow rather than a point-and-post tool.

Yoomru Performance and Reliability

In this category, "performance" means: do posts actually fire, does product data stay accurate, and does the app behave predictably?

Live Publish Test

During testing on demo store demo-wrzi3g7k (2026-08-07), Yoomru published posts to Instagram and Pinterest on the free plan. Posts included the correct product image, title, and caption. No rendering failures, no silent drops, and no sync errors during the test session.

Product Sync Accuracy

The media library synced the product catalog correctly on install. Product images, titles, and pricing were immediately available in the composer without any manual sync trigger. This contrasts with Predis.ai (scraped the storefront URL, synced 0 products from the demo store) and Minta (required manual import steps; video generation never completed).

Post Status and Tracking

The published tab and post status view show delivery status per channel. In testing, a published post showed the correct status on Instagram and Pinterest, with timestamps and channel confirmation.

Engineering Foundation

Because Yoomru is brand new (launched August 2026), it has no App Store reliability history. What it does have is the scheduling and delivery engine from FS Poster, which has been running since 2015 and has processed social posts across thousands of WordPress stores over eight years. The Shopify implementation is new; the underlying infrastructure is not.

Yoomru Support, Documentation, and Learning Resources

Yoomru support runs through in-app chat, the yoomru.com help center, and the Shopify App Store listing. The FS Code team handles support and has eight-plus years of experience serving FS Poster users.

Because the app launched in August 2026, the knowledge base and tutorial library are still being built out. In-app chat is available during business hours. Response quality and speed are backed by the FS Poster support track record, which has been consistently available across the product's history.

There are no App Store reviews yet to anchor a support quality rating. If you want to evaluate support responsiveness before installing, the FS Poster App Store page gives a proxy for how the FS Code team handles merchant questions.

Yoomru User Reviews and Reputation

Yoomru launched in August 2026. At the time of this review, there are zero public App Store reviews. This is the most significant trust gap for merchants evaluating Yoomru. Every established competitor has a review history: Outfy (459 reviews at 4.8 stars), Minta (285 reviews at 4.4), Xyla AI (190 reviews at 4.7), Predis.ai (123 reviews at 4.5). Yoomru has none.

We are not going to manufacture credibility we have not earned. What we can point to is the FS Poster track record: the WordPress plugin has been live since 2015, has run millions of scheduled social posts for thousands of stores, and has an 8-plus-year published changelog. The scheduling engine in Yoomru is built on that foundation.

If you are the kind of merchant who installs only apps with 50 or more reviews, we understand that and we would rather you know upfront than be surprised after installing.

Yoomru Pricing and Value

Yoomru uses flat monthly tiers with Shopify Managed Pricing. There is no credit system, no external billing portal, and no overage charges per post or per network connection.

Plan Price Posts/mo Channels AI Generations
Free $0 30 1 20/mo
Starter $9.99/mo Unlimited Up to 3 Included
Growth $24.99/mo Unlimited Up to 6 Included
Pro $49.99/mo Unlimited Unlimited Included

All billing runs through Shopify. No external subscriptions, no credits to purchase or deplete.

Yoomru pricing plans screen showing Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers billed through Shopify

The free plan is genuine: 30 posts/mo to 1 channel with 20 AI caption generations, and it publishes real posts. For comparison: Xyla AI's free plan cannot publish at all (preview only). Predis.ai's "Free+" runs out after approximately 3 creations, then hits a hard paywall. SS Social Media AI, SocialPilot, Minta, and Plan My Social have no real free plan. AutoPost AI's free tier publishes 5 posts/mo (manual only). VibeFlow offers 10 posts/mo capped at 2 posts/day.

Starter at $9.99/mo is the lowest entry paid price for the feature set it includes: branded video, Judge.me review cards, planners, and auto-share on product create. Outfy's cheapest paid tier starts at $25/mo ($17.50/mo on annual). Predis.ai Core is $32/mo with zero auto-posts per day.

Yoomru Pros and Cons

Pros

11 networks including Telegram and Discord. No other Shopify social auto-poster supports all 11 of these networks. For stores with active Telegram channels or Discord communities, this is a genuine differentiator with no current alternative in the category.

Real free plan that publishes. 30 posts/mo to 1 channel with 20 AI generations at $0, with no credit card required and no preview gate. Most competitors either have no free plan or have one that does not publish.

Deterministic, credit-free branded video. Branded product videos render from your real catalog data without consuming credits. The product image and text are always accurate because the system uses template-based rendering rather than AI interpretation.

Shopify-native feature depth. Judge.me review cards, stock-aware planners, per-channel validation, auto-share on product create, and a review window before auto-posting are not available in most competing apps, even on paid tiers.

Predictable pricing, native billing. Flat monthly tiers through Shopify Managed Pricing. No credits to monitor, no external billing portal, no mid-campaign surprises.

Cons

No App Store reviews yet. Launched August 2026. Zero public ratings. For merchants who rely on review history as a trust signal, this is the most important current limitation.

No analytics or reporting dashboard. Post performance (reach, clicks, engagement) is not available inside Yoomru. Outfy, Predis.ai, Xyla AI, Minta, and Plan My Social all have reporting dashboards. You can check performance natively on each platform, but there is no consolidated view in the app.

No instant first-run content. Xyla AI generates a full week of posts automatically during onboarding. Outfy generates four sample product videos before you connect a channel. Yoomru requires you to configure planners and connections before posts begin, which is a slower start.

Blog auto-posting not yet available. SS Social Media AI already auto-publishes Shopify blog articles to social media. Yoomru has this planned but it has not shipped.

AI captions are prompt-based, not product-bound. The caption generator uses a general prompt interface rather than injecting structured product variables (name, price, URL) automatically. You get a usable starting point, but product-specific details may need to be added manually.

Who Should Use Yoomru? Who Should Skip It?

Who Should Use It

Multi-network Shopify stores. If your marketing plan includes Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile alongside the standard Facebook/Instagram/TikTok set, Yoomru is the only option in the category that covers all of them from a single app.

Merchants starting on a budget. The free plan publishes real posts to 1 channel at 30/mo. You can evaluate the full posting workflow without a subscription. Starter at $9.99/mo adds branded video, review cards, and planners without a large commitment.

Stores using Judge.me reviews. If you have a Judge.me review base and want to automatically create social proof posts from those reviews, Yoomru's review card feature is the only purpose-built option in the category.

Merchants who want predictable pricing. A flat monthly tier with no credits eliminates the risk of a credit pool depleting mid-campaign.

Who Should Skip It

Merchants who need analytics. If reviewing post performance from inside your social scheduler is part of your workflow, Yoomru does not support that yet. Outfy, Xyla AI, Predis.ai, Minta, and Plan My Social all have reporting dashboards.

Merchants who require an established review track record. If you only install apps with 100-plus reviews, Yoomru cannot meet that bar today. Outfy (459 reviews at 4.8), Xyla AI (190 at 4.7), and Minta (285 at 4.4) are better options if review history is a firm requirement.

Merchants who want instant first-run AI content. If you want to see AI-generated posts ready to publish within minutes of installing, Xyla AI and Outfy are better fits.

Merchants whose primary focus is blog auto-posting. SS Social Media AI is the only app currently auto-posting Shopify blog articles to social media. Yoomru has this planned but it is not yet available.

How Yoomru Compares to the Alternatives

We installed and tested all nine competing apps on the same demo store before building Yoomru. Here is an honest look at where each key competitor holds real advantages, with links to our full reviews.

Yoomru vs. Outfy

Outfy review is the most credible app in the category by review history: 459 reviews at 4.8 stars, live since 2015, Built for Shopify badge. Its AI video toolkit is the most developed we tested: UGC video, AI image generation, short-form, long-form, and shoppable video on paid plans. The first-run experience is the best in the category: four sample product videos auto-generate before you even connect a channel. Outfy's track record is an advantage Yoomru cannot match today.

Where Yoomru leads: 11 networks vs. Outfy's 6 (no LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Google Business Profile, Telegram, or Discord in Outfy). Yoomru's branded video is credit-free; Outfy's AI video is credit-metered on paid tiers. Yoomru's free plan publishes 30 posts/mo to 1 channel; Outfy's free is 1 image/day on 3 networks. Yoomru is embedded in Shopify admin; Outfy runs on its own domain at outfy.com.

Yoomru vs. Predis.ai

Predis.ai review has the widest AI creative toolkit we reviewed: 6 AI media types, a brand kit built from your store URL, a 4-week editorial calendar generator, competitor analysis across 60 to 130 analyses/month, REST API, and a mobile app companion. If AI content strategy depth is the priority, Predis.ai goes further than Yoomru on raw AI breadth.

Where Yoomru leads: Predis.ai's Core plan ($32/mo) includes zero auto-posts per day. The Rise plan ($79/mo) is required for any auto-posting, at 2 posts/day. Predis.ai syncs products by scraping the storefront URL, not via the Shopify API, which means product sync depends on your storefront configuration. On our demo store (password-protected, as standard on Shopify test stores), it synced 0 products and generated a 4-week strategy around "mastering private access" instead of real products. Yoomru has 11 networks; Predis.ai covers 8 (no Telegram, Discord, or Threads).

Yoomru vs. Xyla AI

Xyla AI review has the best onboarding experience in the category. Its 6-step wizard reads your product catalog via the Shopify API and auto-generates a full week of content in the background. Content variety goes beyond products: facts, memes, quizzes, holiday posts, and blog posts are all options. With 190 reviews at 4.7 stars, it has a solid established base. If onboarding experience and content variety are the priority, Xyla is the stronger pick.

Where Yoomru leads: Xyla's free plan cannot publish any post (generate and preview only). Publishing requires starting a paid trial ($29/mo). All premium visual types are credit-metered. Xyla covers 6 networks (no LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Threads, or Google Business Profile). Yoomru has 11 and a free plan that publishes real posts.

Yoomru vs. SS Social Media AI

SS Social Media AI review is the best option if blog auto-posting is a priority. It publishes Shopify blog articles to social media automatically with AI captions, a feature Yoomru does not have yet. SS Social Media AI also holds the Built for Shopify badge and uses Shopify Managed Pricing.

Where Yoomru leads: SS Social Media AI has no free plan (7-day trial only). TikTok is currently BETA and not generally available (confirmed via their in-app support chat during our testing). X/Twitter requires the $45.99/mo Enterprise tier. The app covers 6 networks vs. Yoomru's 11. Some 1-star reviews report posting stopping without explanation.

Yoomru vs. VibeFlow

VibeFlow review holds a 4.9-star rating from 75 reviews, the highest rating in the category. Its automation rule builder is the most capable in the free-plan tier: filter products by creation time or published status, combine rules, and see a daily-load projection before automation fires. If rule-based automation with per-channel control and a high App Store rating matter most, VibeFlow is a strong alternative.

Where Yoomru leads: VibeFlow has a hard per-account daily posting cap (2 posts/day on free, up to 10 on higher plans). It covers 6 networks (LinkedIn is absent in-app despite appearing on the App Store listing; no Telegram, Discord, or Google Business Profile). Yoomru has 11 networks, credit-free branded video, and Judge.me review cards.

Other alternatives

For simpler stores focused on Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and Pinterest only, the AutoPost AI review covers a clean, reliable option by Amasty with accurate AI captions, no credit metering, and a responsive developer. It covers only 4 networks and has no video generation, but it is a credible lower-complexity choice.

We do not recommend SocialPilot's Shopify app as a standalone tool (it requires an existing paid external SocialPilot SaaS account and API key to function at all). We advise caution with Plan My Social (subscription paywall immediately on install, WhatsApp-only support, 6 total App Store reviews). For Minta, the AI avatar video concept is genuinely unique, but run a real trial with at least 3 test posts before subscribing: silent posting failures are a documented pattern in public reviews and we experienced it in our own live test.

Final Verdict: Is Yoomru Worth It?

Yoomru leads the category on network breadth (11 confirmed networks, the only app with Telegram and Discord), free plan value (30 posts/mo, real publishing), pricing model (flat tiers, no credits, Shopify Managed Pricing), and a set of Shopify-specific automation features (review cards, stock-aware planners, per-channel validation, auto-share on product create) that are genuinely hard to find elsewhere.

The honest case against choosing it right now: zero App Store reviews, no analytics dashboard, no instant first-run content on install, and blog auto-posting not yet available. These are real limitations, not minor caveats. Merchants who need analytics in one dashboard, who require an established review history before installing, or who want AI content ready the moment they finish setup will find better options in Outfy, Xyla AI, or Predis.ai depending on their priorities.

For merchants who post to many networks (especially Telegram, Discord, or LinkedIn), want a free plan that actually publishes, or need catalog-accurate branded video without a credit system, Yoomru is worth a trial. The free plan costs nothing and publishes real posts to one channel.

Yoomru FAQ

Does Yoomru have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 30 posts/mo to 1 social channel and 20 AI caption generations per month. It publishes real posts, not previews or drafts. No credit card is required to start. For comparison, most competitors in the category (SS Social Media AI, SocialPilot, Minta, Plan My Social) have no free plan at all; others (Xyla AI, Predis.ai) have free tiers that cannot publish any post without a paid subscription.

Which social networks does Yoomru support?

Yoomru supports 11 networks: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Google Business Profile, Telegram, and Discord. Telegram and Discord are not available in any other Shopify social auto-posting app in the category based on our testing.

Does Yoomru use a credit system for video or AI content?

No. Branded product video generation on the Starter plan and above does not consume credits. AI caption generations are included in each plan tier (20/mo on free, included on paid plans). There are no credits to purchase or deplete.

Does Yoomru have App Store reviews?

Not yet. Yoomru launched in August 2026 and has no public App Store reviews at the time of this review. If you need a review history before installing, see the Outfy review (459 reviews at 4.8 stars, the most reviewed option) or the Xyla AI review (190 reviews at 4.7 stars) as alternatives.

Does Yoomru have analytics or reporting?

Not currently. There is no built-in analytics or reporting dashboard in Yoomru at launch. Post performance data (reach, clicks, engagement) is available natively on each social platform. If a consolidated reporting view is a firm requirement, look at Outfy, Predis.ai, Xyla AI, or Minta, which all include reporting dashboards.

What are the best Yoomru alternatives?

It depends on the priority. For the most reviewed, longest-running app: Outfy (459 reviews, 4.8 stars, since 2015). For the widest AI content toolkit and strategy depth: Predis.ai. For the smoothest onboarding experience: Xyla AI. For blog auto-posting: SS Social Media AI. For high-rated rule-based automation on a free plan: VibeFlow.
